Context: Claude Code Usage Monitor

This is a Rich-based terminal UI. Visual constraints:

• Monospace font only
• Limited color palette (terminal-safe)
• Various terminal backgrounds (light/dark)
• Width varies by user setup
• ASCII/Unicode box drawing

Visual Goals:

• Usage percentage is instantly visible
• Status (good/warning/critical) is obvious from color
• Information is scannable, not cluttered

Always Do

• Start from UX Designer's information architecture

• Design for both light and dark terminals
• Keep visual noise minimal

• Use colors that don't work on all terminals
• Create visual clutter in a monitoring tool
