Report Title: Due Diligence Report — [Company Name]
Executive Summary
XYZ Fintech is a Series B cross-border payment platform with $2M ARR and 20% MoM growth. Strong founding team with prior exits, clear unit economics (LTV:CAC 10x), and substantial TAM ($30B SMB payments, 12% CAGR). Primary risks: Competitive intensity from well-funded incumbents and 8-month runway pressure. Recommendation: GO — strong fundamentals and market opportunity outweigh near-term runway concern if Series C trajectory is clear.
