Instructions
- Research company culture. Interview 3-5 employees about why they joined, what they value, what makes the culture unique.
- Define EVP pillars. Identify 3-4 core themes: growth, impact, autonomy, mission, technology, etc.
- Write career page hero. Headline + subheadline that captures the EVP in under 30 words.
- Craft employee stories. 2-3 short narratives featuring real employees — role, journey, what they love.
- Create social posts. 5-10 posts for LinkedIn/Twitter showcasing culture, benefits, and open roles.
- Write job ad intros. Replace generic "About Us" with compelling brand paragraph tailored to each role.
- A/B test messaging. Track click-through rates on career ads; optimize headlines and CTAs.
