Instructions
- Establish narrative — Define the story: growth thesis, unit economics, path to profitability.
- Headline KPIs — Revenue, growth rate, gross margin, burn rate, runway, CAC payback.
- Trends — 3-year YTD chart for revenue, gross margin, customer count, churn.
- Forward guidance — Next 12 months: revenue forecast (with range), profitability milestones.
- Risk section — Material risks, mitigation plan, covenant compliance status.
- Format — Executive summary (3–5 slides): headline slide, KPI dashboard, trend charts, guidance, risks.
