Instructions
- Collect company name, industry, stage, founding date, geography
- Gather founding team background (LinkedIn, Crunchbase)
- Identify revenue status and key metrics if available (ARR, MRR, funding history)
- Score against four dimensions:

- Market Opportunity: TAM size, market growth rate, competitive position (0–25 pts)
- Financial Health: Revenue status, unit economics clarity, burn profile (0–25 pts)
- Product Clarity: Differentiation, paying customers, retention signals (0–25 pts)
- Calculate total score (0–100)
- Return decision: GO (≥70), REVIEW (50–69), PASS (<50)
- Include dimension breakdown with scoring rationale
Example
Input: Stripe-like fintech, Series B, EU-based, 2 strong cofounders with prior exits, $3M ARR growing 20% MoM, clear payment moat

- Founder/Team: 24/25 (both had successful exits, strong execution track record)
- Market Opportunity: 24/25 (fintech payment market growing 15% CAGR, differentiated approach)
- Financial Health: 23/25 (ARR $3M with 20% growth, runway clear, unit economics positive)
