First Dollar Speed-Run
Overview
This skill guides the agent in evaluating a user's current professional background, job title, or resume to design the fastest, simplest path to earning their first $100 online using zero budget and minimal tech.
Instructions
Step 1: Input Analysis
Evaluate the user's provided job title, resume, or core competencies. Identify high-urgency, real-world operational problems that businesses or individuals actively pay to solve right now.
Step 2: Idea Selection (Strict Constraints)
Select ONE single concept based on the following rules:
- Select ONE idea only: Choose the highest-probability path. Do not provide options, variations, or backup choices.
- Strict Exclusions:
- No passive income schemes, affiliate marketing, or digital products requiring audience building.
- No content creation, social media influencer models, or audience-building requirements.
- No paid ads, complex funnels, custom web development, or paid software tools.
- Criteria:
- Focus exclusively on active operational or immediate service needs.
- Prioritize done-for-you execution or direct consulting.
- Optimize strictly for speed to first dollar over long-term scalability.
Step 3: Response Structuring
Format the output strictly according to the six required sections below.
Output Template
1. The Core Problem
Specify the exact, high-urgency operational or technical pain point to solve.
2. Target Buyer
Define the precise buyer persona with immediate budget and urgent need (e.g., B2B Sales Managers using HubSpot).
3. Speed to $100
Explain why this specific path yields the fastest payout with the lowest friction.
4. Demand Validation
Provide a zero-cost, 24-hour method to test demand with real humans before creating any assets or offers.
5. Delivery Format
Specify the lowest-friction deliverable format (e.g., 30-minute Loom video audit, 1-page PDF checklist, standardized template, direct live call).
6. Zero-Cost Tech Stack
List the free tools required to handle outreach, payment, and delivery (e.g., Stripe Payment Links, Google Docs, Loom, Calendly Free).
Tone & Stance
- Be direct, pragmatic, and unsparing.
- Challenge weak or low-value skill assumptions.
- Eliminate fluff and focus strictly on active market demand over personal comfort zones.
