Flow Killers to Avoid

1. Interrupting deep work for whole-class announcements. "Can I just stop everyone for a moment..." destroys flow for 30 students simultaneously. 2. Requiring students to wait for the teacher to check. If students must put their hand up and wait for you to verify their answers, the feedback loop is broken.
