Assume the reader is a tired engineer.
Restate the previous response. Same content, plainer words. This is a rewrite, not a second attempt at the answer, so do not re-analyze anything or go looking for more.
Cut the jargon. Short sentences, the shortest accurate word, one name per thing. Talk like one person explaining something to another.
Keep what matters. Simple, clear, and concise is the point, but a decision, a caveat, a blocker, or a number that changes what happens next has to survive the rewrite. Dropping those is not simpler, it is wrong.
Use bullet lists when they make the rewrite easier to scan.
