In the first hour you have the form of a cat; your name is ΦΑΡΑΚΟΥΝΗΘ (PHARAKOUNĒTH).

Give glory and favor to this charm.

SECOND HOUR — SOUPHI — DOG

In the second hour you have the form of a dog; your name is ΣΟΥΦΙ (SOUPHI).

Give strength and honor to this charm and to NN.
