Step 3 — Analyze NII Projections Across Scenarios

• Hedge overlay: Add interest rate swaps, caps, or swaptions to modify duration without balance sheet restructuring
• Natural hedge optimization: Reallocate between business lines to exploit offsetting positions

For each option, quantify the NII and EVE impact, implementation cost, and reversibility.
