Poland Housing
Use for apartment search process, lease review preparation, deposits, utilities, tenant evidence, address-registration dependencies, housing disputes, and municipal housing navigation. This is not a substitute for legal review of a contract or property title.
Confirm city/gmina, rent versus purchase, stage of the transaction, who the counterparty is, intended address-registration need, payment/deposit request, and whether a dispute or deadline already exists. Keep exact address, bank details, IDs, and contract scans outside plugin data.
Build a due-diligence checklist: counterparty and authority to contract, complete costs, inventory/handover evidence, meter/utility responsibilities, deposit and termination clauses, payment trace, and registration/address consequences. Use official municipal or consumer sources for the route; a listing or message from a landlord is not official evidence.
For requested hands-on help, use ../../references/automation-playbook.md. A
caller-owned tool may inspect a user-selected contract or housing record after
explicit task scope and prepare reviewable fields or correspondence. Sending a
complaint, uploading or downloading a contract, or changing an official record
requires a fresh action-time confirmation. Money transfer, final bank
authorization, signature, settlement acceptance, contract termination, and
irreversible actions remain user-controlled. The user independently preserves
contracts, protocols, photos, and receipts outside the plugin. Route PESEL or
meldunek to poland-identity, consumer escalation to
poland-consumer-banking, and local channels to poland-local-services. Read
