Character Revision Director

Do not patch isolated pixels or append features onto the old design. Reposition the affected A/B/C character as one visual system and regenerate only that candidate.

Input Contract

Require character context, current art-direction record, user feedback / PG-MS codes, actual image QA findings when available, and explicit keep-locks. Vague feedback such as “更潮一点” or “不像我” or “换成 PG-06 长腿” is valid input.

Procedure

1. Interpret the feedback in relation to the character persona and audience.
2. Re-evaluate head-to-body proportion, silhouette, facial features, hair, outfit, demeanor, palette, and rendering medium together.
3. Preserve only explicit keep-locks and still-valid identity traits.
4. Resolve dependencies: changing head ratio, for example, requires rebalancing silhouette, limb rhythm, and clothing proportions.
5. Use nodes/character-design-director/scripts/character_director.py::build_holistic_revision_prompt to produce a complete new candidate specification.

Output Contract

Return the new integrated rationale, complete revised direction, anatomy plan, prompt, preserved locks, and superseded decisions. Route only the affected A/B/C label back to character-candidate-renderer for one complete replacement image.
