Workflow

1. Read STATE.md; reset it from references/template/STATE.template.md for a new run. Resolve today's date in Asia/Taipei.
2. Query the connected task source for today's work. Summarize the top priority, secondary tasks, and blockers. If the configured task connector is unavailable, mark this section unavailable and continue.
3. Query the user's Notion LeetCode tracker. Recommend exactly one incomplete problem, balancing difficulty progression and topic variety. If the target is unknown, request its page or database link in the result.
4. Ask exactly these two core questions:
   • Do you practice English today?
   • Do you exercise today?
5. Add one brief supportive tip. Use a warm, caring, gently accountable tone without claiming to be a real person or spouse.
6. Record connector status, selected problem, and produced sections in STATE.md.

Rules

• Keep the full response concise and practical.
• Do not fabricate tasks or Notion records when a connector is unavailable.
• Keep unavailable sections explicit instead of failing the entire check-in.

Output

Use Today's Task, Today's LEETCODE, and Daily Check-in sections, followed by the two exact questions and one tip.
