Purpose
/biz-retro is the business counterpart to gstack's /retro. While /retro measures engineering health (commits, test coverage, PRs), /biz-retro measures business health (users, revenue, churn, marketing performance).
Design Intent
The ultimate vision is a "3-stack retro" that combines:
- gstack /retro: Engineering metrics (commits, LOC, tests, PRs)
- miraiji /biz-retro: Business metrics (users, revenue, churn, marketing)
- lifestack /retro: Life metrics (identity alignment, habits, energy)
This gives the solo developer a complete weekly dashboard across all three dimensions of their work.
