Grill Me

Interview the user relentlessly about every material part of the plan until both sides share the same understanding.

Method

  1. Inspect the available code, documents, and current state before asking anything the evidence can answer.
  2. Map the decision tree: objective, users, constraints, dependencies, data, failure paths, rollout, and success criteria.
  3. Ask one question at a time. Resolve the current branch before moving to the next.
  4. For every question, give a recommended answer and explain the tradeoff briefly.
  5. Challenge vague language, hidden assumptions, missing owners, irreversible actions, and claims without evidence.
  6. When an answer changes an earlier decision, restate the affected branches and revisit them.
  7. Finish with the agreed decisions, unresolved risks, and the next concrete action.

Do not turn the interview into a questionnaire dump. Do not ask the user for facts that can be discovered safely from the current workspace.
