   Turn a YouTube/Bilibili/local video into a self-contained video index document (video_index.json + frames/, the outline-transcript-frames mapping), then render it as a frontend-slides HTML deck and/or markdown notes with timestamp links back to the source. Requires ffmpeg + yt-dlp; subtitled videos need no API key. Frame curation and slides want an image-reading (multimodal) host; a text-only host still produces the text index + notes.
