  1. Product Growth Diagnosis · hdham9 bundle
Diagnose where a product should focus its growth efforts; produces a driver-tree "growth map" and a ranked shortlist of focus areas with a top 3. Use whenever a founder, PM, or growth person is trying to figure out WHAT TO WORK ON to grow — including symptom-only asks: plateaued growth, stalled revenue/MAU/DAU, low conversion, churn they can't place, competing theories about what to prioritize, or "random experiments with no focus." Triggers: "where should we focus to grow MAU/revenue?", "biggest growth opportunity?", "which growth lever do I pull?", "build me a driver tree / growth model", "find our north star metric". Works across business models (SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, subscription, fintech, ad-supported, social/UGC, usage-based, token-based AI). Do NOT use for adjacent jobs: designing/running a specific experiment or A-B test, analytics/instrumentation setup (Mixpanel, dashboards), marketing or pricing copy, brainstorming acquisition channels, one-off metric calcs/benchmark lookups, or hiring.

  2. Growth Experiment Design · hdham9 bundle
Brainstorm, shortlist, and design growth experiments for a chosen focus area. Use this once someone knows WHERE they want to grow (e.g. activation, retention, free→paid, referral) and needs to figure out WHAT to test and HOW. It picks up where a growth diagnosis leaves off. Triggers on: "what experiments should we run to improve [X]?", "help me design an A/B test / experiment", "brainstorm growth experiments for our onboarding/paywall/churn", "we want to improve activation — what should we try?", "turn this focus area into experiments", "design a test for [hypothesis]". Produces an ICE-scored shortlist, a top-3 experiment portfolio, and a full design for each (hypothesis, primary metric, intervention options, guardrails, risks, sample/duration, right-sized stats). Do NOT use it to diagnose WHERE to focus in the first place (that's a growth diagnosis), to read out / analyze a completed experiment's results, or to build analytics instrumentation.
