It adds entries to CHANGELOG.md following Keep a Changelog format by analyzing git history and uncommitted changes, categorizing them into Added, Changed, Deprecated, Removed, Fixed, and Security sections. It can also consolidate existing entries to remove duplicates and superseded items.
