Captures a bug report or feature request faithfully (verbatim text + attachments), picks a `type` hint, sets reporter/provenance/source-ref, and files it with `issuectl intake file --json` into the `untriaged` reception state — then attaches screenshots and returns the slug. FILING ONLY — it never triages, decides, analyses, or fixes; that is `/issue-intake`'s and the user's job. Use when a reporter (human or bot) hands you a report to record, or when a deterministic filer needs one validated, idempotent CLI call.     Read-only intake processing for the standard intake flow — REPLACES /triage-bugs. Reads the actionable queue with `issuectl intake queue --json` (bug reports AND feature requests, any provenance), drives a read-only analysis worker (`/worktree-bug-analysis`, kept as the engine) on unclear items so they gain a `## Triage analysis` section, then briefs the user in product-owner language with a per-item recommendation (accept / defer / needs-info / reject / cannot-reproduce / duplicate / obsolete / retype). PRESENTATION ONLY — it never files, analyses inline, decides, or applies a disposition; the decision and its `issuectl intake accept|defer|reject|…` transition belong to the user (or `/stint`).
