This skill should be used when the user asks to "check hourly updates", "hourly digest", "slack hourly summary", "gmail daily summary", "what happened in the last hour", "hourly monitoring", or needs a periodic digest from Slack or Gmail. Runs as two independent loops on different cadences: Slack hourly, Gmail daily. Also triggers for automated invocation via /loop 1h /hourly-digest:hourly-digest slack and /loop 1d /hourly-digest:hourly-digest gmail. Distinct from per-channel Slack digest or single-source summaries. GitHub/Linear activity sync is out of scope for this skill.

Markdown renders through marked into the light DOM and is sanitized before it is inserted; HTML is served raw through a Shadow DOM and is not. Use it also whenever a message arrives from another Claude session, and whenever you are about to read the peer listing, address a peer, or judge whether one can be interrupted. It launches a backgrounded `claude` session addressable by `SendMessage` from other sessions and — on a launch that takes `--remote-control` — reachable from claude.ai/code and the mobile app as well. No script, no tmux. It carries the lifecycle of such a session up to the handshake, and the addressing, receiving, observing and retiring that apply to any session afterwards.
