- ▌ Init · mk668a bundleUse when the user wants to set up an FDE-SKILLS workspace or start a new client engagement (e.g. "set up fde", "scaffold fde here", "new engagement with Acme", "start the Globex engagement"). First run creates the .fde/ deterministic spine (config, schemas, bin scripts, empty corpus); with a client name it also creates the per-client engagement directory.
- ▌ Draft · mk668aUse when the user wants to produce a client deliverable or check how complete one is — a risk register, findings report, stakeholder map, etc. (e.g. "draft the risk register for Acme", "write up findings", "how complete is the integration spec"). Fills the deliverable's typed schema from engagement notes AND pre-populates slots from what past engagements taught (candidate ×n priors, paved slots), then reports coverage and refreshes the dashboard.
- ▌ Recall · mk668aUse when the user wants to apply lessons from past engagements to the current one (e.g. "what did we learn about pilots like this", "any priors for findings reports", "how have we handled this risk before"). Reads the anonymized corpus and surfaces relevant priors, weighted by how often they recurred — without exposing any past client.
- ▌ Promote · mk668aUse when a deliverable taught something reusable and the user wants it to benefit future engagements (e.g. "promote these learnings", "save this to the corpus", "make this reusable across clients"). Anonymizes the learnings, stages them with stable pattern keys, and runs the deterministic promote script — which counts sightings and, at the third, paves the pattern into the schema.
