  1. Openplaces · postdev360 bundle
Use this skill for any question about real-world places, addresses or travel — "where is the nearest pharmacy", "geocode this address", "what are the coordinates of X", "what's the address at these coordinates", "how far / how long from A to B", "what can I reach in 20 minutes", "find bakeries open now near Y", "list charging stations around Z". It drives the `openplaces` CLI, which answers from OpenStreetMap, the Base Adresse Nationale and OpenRouteService — free, no paid API key, and no address data leaving the EU, which matters when the addresses belong to clients or patients. Also use it when a user explicitly asks for a Google Maps or Google Places alternative. Skip it for driving directions turn by turn (it returns distance and duration, not a manoeuvre list), and skip it for ratings or reviews, which OpenStreetMap does not hold.

  2. App Blueprint · postdev360 bundle
Use this skill when a user wants to start building a new app, product, or feature and the requirements are not yet clear — phrases like "I want to build an app", "help me create a project", "let's start a new app", "I have an idea for a tool", or when a user jumps straight to asking for code/architecture for a project that has no defined scope yet. It runs a short, plain-language interview to pin down the essential product decisions BEFORE any code or architecture is proposed, so the assistant never silently guesses scope, data model, users, or trade-offs on the user's behalf. Skip this skill if the user already provided a clear written spec, or explicitly asks to skip discovery.
