Use this skill when you want Codex to search the web through the local `ddgr` CLI instead of built-in browsing. Best for terminal-native DuckDuckGo searches, repeatable CLI recipes, JSON search output for downstream parsing, site/time/region-restricted queries, bang-based lookups, and workflows where `ddgr` finds candidate URLs before another tool such as `playwright-cli` investigates pages in detail.
