Use whenever the user wants meeting notes from a transcript, recording text, or a Granola/Otter/Zoom export; wants meeting action items found and matched in Wrike; or says things like "sync this meeting to Wrike" or "update my tasks from these notes." Notes-only requests are handled too: with no Wrike connector, or when the user only wants notes, it produces the notes and stops. Nothing is written to Wrike without explicit approval.
