Experiment Runbook
Translate an approved experiment spec into a launch runbook — platform binding (PostHog primary), feature flag setup, assignment unit, exposure event definition, instrumentation QA, dashboard wiring, ramp plan, monitoring, and rollback procedure. Platform-agnostic core with one strong PostHog adapter shipped; GrowthBook, Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, and Eppo documented as a single mapping table the user adapts. Load when a spec is approved and ready to launch, or when the user says "set up the experiment", "wire this up in PostHog", "implement the test", "create the runbook", "launch checklist for this test", or when the experimentation orchestrator routes here.

Circuit Breaker
Recognize when you're in a runaway loop and stop yourself. Use when the same tool call has repeated 3× with the same args, when the same error class has fired 3× in a turn, when you've been told the same correction twice, when "let me try one more variation" is the third small variation, or when a refinement loop is orbiting rather than converging. The right move on a trip is to switch from action to inquiry — read events.jsonl, list assumptions, look for contradictions, ask the human, file a chainlink — not to retry harder.

Simulator Reactions
Simulator.Company reactions specialist — comments, events, approvals, ratings and other feedback attached under an actor. Use when the user wants to comment on an actor, reply in a thread, read/like/pin the discussion, mark comments read, or get reaction stats. Activate when the user says "comment on this actor", "leave a note", "reply to", "show the comments/discussion", "pin this comment", "mark as read", "прокоментуй актор", "залиш коментар", "відповісти на коментар", "закріпи коментар", "оставь комментарий", "ответь в треде", "закрепи комментарий". For attaching FILES to a reaction use `simulator-attachments`; for the actor's own fields use `simulator-actors`.

Github Poller
Watch one or more GitHub repositories for new issues, pull requests, comments, PR reviews, and inline diff comments — emits a fresh turn each time something actionable happens. Use when you've opened PRs / issues mimir should know about review activity for, when you want operator-actionable signals for repos mimir maintains, or when you need to track upstream activity on a watched repo. Filters out events authored by mimir's own GitHub identity (set ``MIMIR_GITHUB_SELF_LOGIN``) so the bot doesn't wake itself with its own comments. Companion to the ``pollers`` framework skill (mechanics) and the ``world-scanning`` skill (catalog of *what's worth polling*). Opt-in: copy this directory into ``<home>/skills/github-poller/`` then set the env vars below.

Simulator Chat
Simulator.Company chat & messaging specialist — sending messages to a user, and creating or reusing p2p (1:1) and group chats. In Simulator a chat is an actor of the Events system form (data.chatType = "p2p" | "group"), its participants are the actor's access-rule members, and its messages are `comment` reactions. Use when the user wants to "message", "write to", "DM", "send a message to" someone, "open a chat with", "start a conversation", or "reply in the chat". Activate on "write a message to user N", "send N a message", "open a chat with", "message someone", "напиши повідомлення користувачу", "надішли повідомлення", "відкрий чат з", "почни розмову з", "напиши юзеру", "напиши сообщение пользователю", "отправь сообщение", "открой чат с", "напиши в чат". For comments/approvals on an arbitrary actor (not a chat) use `simulator-reactions`; for files use `simulator-attachments`; for sharing/access in general use `simulator-access`.

Swipe Deck
Runs a Tinder-style swipe interview to pull requirements out of someone's head. Claude generates a deep pool of question cards, the user swipes right/left/up/down (yes / no / absolutely / not sure), the deck reshapes itself around every swipe, and it ends in a written brief once a saturation meter fills. Use this whenever a request is vague, broad, or taste-dependent and you would otherwise fire off a list of clarifying questions — kicking off a project, scoping a build, planning a trip or event, choosing a direction, naming something, deciding what to eat, or any "help me figure out what I want". Trigger on "swipe", "swipe deck", "tinder style", "interview me", "ask me questions", "quiz me", "20 questions me", "figure out what I want", "get it out of my head". Also reach for it proactively any time you catch yourself about to ask more than three clarifying questions in a row, or when someone says a batch of questions felt like a chore or a form.
