Repo Bootstrap
Composite skill — configure a fresh or under-configured repo for the release-branch workflow in one pass. Creates the `release` branch on origin, seeds `CHANGELOG.md` (Keep-a-Changelog format), drops in `.claude/dep-sweep-config.json` + `.claude/branch-hygiene-config.json` + a `release-cadence.md` standard stub, opens a `chore/repo-bootstrap` PR to main. Use instead of manually setting these up before the first `/pr-to-release` — without this, none of the release-branch composites can fire. Idempotent: skips any artifact that already exists. Replaces ad-hoc "set up the new repo" scripts.

Write the executable feature specification — the WHAT and WHY artifact that agents and reviewers treat as source of truth. Owns both /specify and /clarify modes. Load when the user asks to write a feature spec, write a specification, write an executable spec, define functional requirements, capture acceptance criteria as Given/When/Then, or when the spec-driven-development orchestrator routes here. Also triggers on "feature spec", "executable spec", "/specify", "/clarify", "write the spec for this feature", "specification for", "spec-driven", "machine-readable spec". Output: docs/specs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>-feature-spec.md. Hard gate: cannot Approve while [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] markers remain.

Landing
Generates a premium single-page HTML landing page with 3D CSS animations, GSAP scroll effects, and mouse-parallax depth. Forcing intake (product + elevator pitch, audience register, brand overrides, tone) locks down positioning before any copy or markup is written, so the page reflects the actual product rather than generic boilerplate. Use whenever the user says 'landing for X', 'create a landing page', 'build a landing page', 'make a landing page for X', 'I need a web page for Y', or provides product/service details and wants a polished website. Also triggers on 'promotional page', 'product page', 'one-pager', 'web presence', 'sales page'. Outputs a single self-contained HTML file (Claude Code) or HTML artifact (Claude.ai). Supports configurable brand colors via CSS custom property overrides.

Eli5 Features
Generate user-friendly "Explain Like I'm 5" feature documentation for end users by reading the codebase. Use this skill whenever the user wants to document a feature for non-technical users, write help docs, create an explainer for a feature in their app, produce onboarding content, or asks "make a user doc for X". Trigger on phrasings like "ELI5 the closeout flow", "write user docs for the kanban view", "explain this feature to a customer", "make a help article for X", "document this for end users". Also known as "E-features-LI5". This skill produces plain-language docs written for someone with the app open trying to get something done — not internal developer docs (use the `teach` skill for those) and not feature announcements.

Ivx Cursor Canvas
A Cursor Canvas is a live React app that the user can open beside the chat. You MUST use a canvas when the agent produces a standalone analytical artifact — quantitative analyses, billing investigations, security audits, architecture reviews, data-heavy content, timelines, charts, tables, interactive explorations, repeatable tools, or any response that benefits from visual layout. Especially prefer a canvas when presenting results from MCP tools (Datadog, Databricks, Linear, Sentry, Slack, etc.) where the data is the deliverable — render it in a rich canvas rather than dumping it into a markdown table or code block. If you catch yourself about to write a markdown table, stop and use a canvas instead. You MUST also read this skill whenever you create, edit, or debug any .canvas.tsx file.

Slr Prisma
Guide users through writing a systematic literature review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 framework. Use this skill whenever the user mentions 'systematic review', 'systematic literature review', 'SLR', 'PRISMA', 'PRISMA 2020', 'PRISMA flow diagram', 'PRISMA checklist', or asks for help writing, structuring, or auditing a literature review that follows reporting guidelines. Also trigger when the user asks about inclusion/exclusion criteria for a review, search strategies for databases like Scopus/WoS/PubMed, study selection processes, risk of bias assessment, or narrative synthesis for a review paper. This skill covers the full PRISMA 2020 checklist (27 items), produces a Word document manuscript in strict journal article format, generates an annotated PRISMA flow diagram, and enforces APA 7th Edition referencing throughout. It does NOT cover meta-analysis or statistical pooling. By Chuah Kee Man.

Research
Default entry point for any research request — a hybrid router that classifies the question deterministically and either delegates to a specialist research skill (pulse for trends/sentiment, grants for NIH funding, litreview for academic literature, syllabus for course reading, patent for prior-art + IP landscape, dossier for entity research) or runs its own plan-decompose-multi-source-search-synthesize-cite fallback workflow when no specialist matches. Always surfaces the routing decision so users can override. Triggers — "research [topic]", "look into [topic]", "what do we know about [topic]", "investigate [topic]", "find me information on [topic]", "do some research on [topic]", "I need to understand [topic]", or any research request that doesn't obviously match a more-specific specialist skill. Output is a markdown briefing (default) or .docx document (on request) with full citations and an audit log.

Irasutoya Search
Search and preview Irasutoya illustrations with the installed `irasutoya` command-line tool. Use this skill whenever the user wants to find, recommend, preview, randomly pull up, or get the page/image URL of an Irasutoya (いらすとや) image — from a topic, scene, Korean/Japanese/English phrase, visual description, emotion, character, object, or action — even if they don't say "Irasutoya" by name but clearly want a free, cute illustration for a slide, 발표자료, blog, doc, or chat. Also use it to optimize vague requests into fast Japanese keyword candidates and to return page/image URLs. Do NOT use it to generate brand-new AI art (e.g. DALL·E, Midjourney), draw charts or diagrams, design logos or icons, cut out/edit existing images, or recommend other stock-image sites — it only searches Irasutoya's existing catalog.

Problem To Plan
Tactical fast path: turn a small problem, bug report, edit request, or narrow refactor into three deliverables — a brief change-spec (docs/specs/), a detailed implementation-ready plan (docs/plans/), and a TODO.md with agent-pickable tasks and milestones. Load when the user describes a tactical problem and wants quick planning artifacts, says "plan this change", "create a TODO", "write a plan for this", "problem to plan", "break this into tasks for agents", "I want to change X — plan it", or when process-decomposer routes here after determining the user needs lightweight planning deliverables. Also triggers on "create tasks from this problem", "make this actionable", or "turn this into a plan agents can execute". For feature-sized work that needs an executable spec + constitution + cross-check gate, route to `spec-driven-development` (or `feature-spec`) instead.

Vignelli Canon Design System
Massimo Vignelli's complete design discipline, distilled from The Vignelli Canon. Encodes the Intangibles (semantics, discipline, appropriateness, timelessness, equity) and the Tangibles (the grid, the six basic typefaces, a two-size type scale, rulers, primary-color-as-identifier, white space) into an applyable method, plus the railway-signage module logic from his Grandi Stazioni and NYC Subway work, a deterministic token generator, and production notes for taking the system from code into images and the real world. Use when: designing or critiquing any visual artifact that should read as disciplined, timeless, or Swiss-modernist — brand and identity systems, design systems and style guides, editorial, book, and poster layouts, and especially transit/wayfinding signage and route diagrams. Triggers: Vignelli, design system, identity system, brand guidelines, wayfinding, transit signage, subway map, route diagram, poster layout, timeless typography, 品牌规范, 导视系统.

Wireflow
Create OR review a wireflow — the artifact BETWEEN user journeys and wireframes. It maps whole journeys into swimlane flows with high-level navigation (screens, decisions, system/agent steps) while keeping Jobs-To-Be-Done at the core, WITHOUT deep UI. Use whenever the user wants to "map the flows", "make/build a wireflow", turn journeys / JTBDs / a spec / a live prototype into flows, or put every journey on one board against shared owner lanes — even if they never say "wireflow". ALSO use it to REVIEW or critique an existing wireflow (image, FigJam, or description). In the A-Team pipeline this is a definition-phase skill: output lands in docs/features/<slug>/briefs/wireflow/ with jobs consumed by id from docs/product/jtbd/; pipeline mode derives the method decisions and highlights the riskiest at the gate, standalone mode runs the full grill. Jobs To Be Done
Use to CREATE or REVIEW a Job to be Done (JTBD) in Alan Klement's demand-side, progress-based sense — a job is the progress a customer is trying to make, never a task or feature. Trigger whenever someone wants to write or draft a JTBD, job statement, or job story; figure out the real motivation, struggle, or progress behind a feature, request, or product; understand why customers switch, adopt, or churn; turn interview notes or research into jobs; or pressure-test, sharpen, or rewrite existing JTBDs into proper jobs. Also trigger on "grill my JTBD", "is this a real job or just a task/feature", "what's the actual job here", "why would they switch". In an A-Team target repo, jobs are durable artifacts — this skill writes docs/product/jtbd/NN-<slug>.md per CONTRACT.md and never deletes or silently rewrites a job. Do NOT use for writing PRDs, roadmaps, tickets, or acceptance criteria (those consume a finished JTBD), or for implementation user stories.

Page Brief
Create OR review a page-brief — the artifact BETWEEN a wireflow and the full PRD. It turns each unique page/screen of a product into documented requirements TIED TO JOBS: a self-contained board card per page (what the page is accountable for, the job-tagged checklist of what it must let you do, the journeys it appears in, what it connects to, and the acceptance criteria that say how you'd know it's right). It is the "PRD per page", not a sitemap — and it stops ABOVE the screen: no components, no layout, no hierarchy. Use whenever the user wants to "spec the pages", "document each screen", turn a wireflow + live design into per-page requirements, or asks "what does this page need to do / which jobs pass through it" — even if they never say "page-brief". Natural NEXT STEP after the wireflow skill. ALSO use it to REVIEW an existing page-brief / screen catalog.
