Risk Level Classification (Business Risk Levels)
- Low Risk (Risiko Rendah): NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) acts directly as the legal license and operational permit.
- Medium-Low Risk (Risiko Menengah Rendah): NIB + Sertifikat Standar (Self-declaration).
- Medium-High Risk (Risiko Menengah Tinggi): NIB + Sertifikat Standar (Verified by local/national ministry).
- High Risk (Risiko Tinggi): NIB + Izin Resmi (Requires physical inspection and approval before operation).
