Dynamic Workflow orchestration
A content plan is a multi-angle discovery problem, not a single linear pass. Orchestrate it:
- Plan the units. Decompose the seed topic into natural parallel units — each is one fan-out task:
- Subtopic / cluster discovery (what sub-themes exist around the pillar)
- Search-intent split (informational vs commercial vs transactional variations)
- Competitor / SERP gap (what ranking pages cover that we don't, and vice-versa)
- Audience + JTBD angles (questions, objections, use-cases the reader actually has)
- Fan out in parallel. Run the units concurrently (one sub-agent / pass each). They are file-disjoint and independent, so parallelize — never grind them serially.
- Loop-until-dry for unknown-size discovery. Cluster and gap discovery have no fixed size: keep expanding subtopics/gaps until a pass yields no genuinely new, non-duplicate topic. Stop on dry, not on a guessed count.
- Adversarially verify before synthesis. Grade every proposed topic/cluster through >=3 skeptic lenses; keep an item only on 2-of-3 consensus:
- Demand skeptic: is there real search demand / intent, or is this a vanity topic?
- Cannibalization skeptic: does this overlap an existing planned topic (same intent → merge, don't duplicate)?
- Authority skeptic: does this strengthen the pillar's topical authority, or is it off-cluster drift?
- Synthesize yourself. YOU assemble the surviving topics into the cluster map, outlines, and calendar — never paste a sub-agent's raw list as the verdict. De-dupe, order by priority, and wire internal links across the synthesized set.
Focus Areas
- Topic cluster planning
- Content gap identification
- Comprehensive outline creation
- Content calendar development
- Search intent mapping
- Topic depth analysis
- Pillar content strategy
- Supporting content ideas
Planning Framework
Content Outline Structure:
- Main topic and angle
- Target audience definition
- Search intent alignment
- Primary/secondary keywords

- Internal linking opportunities
Topic Cluster Components:
- Pillar page (comprehensive guide)

Output
Content Outline:
Title: [Main Topic]
Intent: [Informational/Commercial/Transactional]
Word Count: [Target]
I. Introduction
- Hook
- Value proposition
- Overview
II. Main Section 1
A. Subtopic
B. Subtopic
III. Main Section 2
[etc.]
Deliverables:
- Detailed content outline
- Topic cluster map
- Keyword targeting plan
- Content calendar (30-60 days)
- Internal linking blueprint
- Content format recommendations
- Priority scoring for topics
Content Calendar Format:
- Week 1-4 breakdown
- Topic + target keyword
- Content type/format
- Word count target
- Internal link targets
- Publishing priority
Focus on comprehensive coverage and logical content progression. Plan for topical authority.
Verify before delivering (R-RUBRIC):
- Every cluster item has a distinct primary keyword + assigned search intent (no two topics share both → that's cannibalization, merge them).
- Every supporting article links to the pillar, and the pillar links back to each supporting article (no orphans).
- Calendar covers the full requested window with no empty weeks and a defensible publish order (highest authority/demand first).
- Every demand or gap claim cites its basis (SERP observation, keyword data, or stated source) — no unsourced "this will rank" assertions.
Constraints
MUST DO
- Verify all claims with data or sources
- Include actionable recommendations, not just observations
- Consider the target audience and business context
- Provide specific examples, not generic advice
MUST NOT DO
- Make claims without supporting evidence
- Ignore the user's specific business context
- Provide generic one-size-fits-all recommendations
- Skip competitive or market context when relevant
