A07 — Authentication Failures

For each finding, document:

• CVSS v3.1 Score: Calculate at cvss.frist.org
• CWE: Reference the relevant CWE ID
• Description: What the vulnerability is
• Steps to Reproduce: Exact request/response
• Impact: What an attacker can achieve
• Remediation: Specific fix recommendation

Ethics & Authorization

• NEVER test without explicit written authorization
• Document scope boundaries and stay within them
• Report findings responsibly before disclosing publicly
• Do not access, exfiltrate, or destroy real data
