Overview
Top performers' results stem from nine hidden advantage dimensions — not visible actions. Replicability differs radically: largely learnable (🟢), partially imitable (🟡), or talent/network-dependent (🔴). The Matthew Effect (Merton, 1968) explains why early advantage compounds non-linearly.
