Overview
Use Full Custom when the current option set is depleted, stale, or wrong for the room and the best move is a clean redraw.

When To Use

- A context reload is cheaper than forcing a bad option.
- You need a deliberate refresh of choices, not a random thrash.
Workflow
- Acknowledge that the current hand is bad or exhausted.
- Refresh the context, inputs, or option set cleanly.
- Choose the strongest new chip instead of hoarding the redraw.
