Dimensions
- Influence — how much power they hold over the program
- Interest — how much they care about the outcome
- Stance — champion, supporter, neutral, sceptic, blocker
- Currency — what they value (speed, certainty, credit, risk reduction)
Method
- List everyone who can accelerate or block the work
- Place each on influence x interest
- Note their stance and what would move it
- Set a cadence per quadrant (high/high: close partnership; high/low: keep satisfied)
- Identify who can influence the blockers
