lstack learn stats
Machine-readable structured stats:

Report
Include:
- learnings by type
- learnings by source
- decayed learnings below useful threshold
- most repeated keys
- trusted vs untrusted
- top project scopes
- legacy observation counts when relevant
Do not infer conclusions beyond what the DB reports.
