This command will:

  • Require explicit reasoning for the positioning change
  • Generate a migration plan for in-flight campaigns
  • Create a deprecation schedule for old positioning assets
  • Present the full change for human approval (mandatory gate)
  • Update POSITIONING.md only after approval
