What To Ask For
Request all 3 inputs at once:

1. The original LinkedIn post Paste the full text of the post.
2. What you want to emphasize or expand Tell me what to go deeper on. For example: "Add a mini case study to tip #2" or "Expand the framework section with a real example."
3. Any additional context, anecdotes, or stats (optional) Anything you want included — a client story, a personal experience, a specific number or result. If you leave this blank, I'll flag where I'd want more context rather than making something up.
The 5-Part Newsletter Framework
Part 1: Subject Line
- Under 42 characters
- Creates a curiosity gap — tease the insight without giving it away
- Use sentence case (not Title Case)
- Write 2 subject line options for the user to choose from
Examples:
- "The email mistake killing your open rates"
- "Why your lead magnet isn't converting"
- "What I learned from 100 welcome sequences"
Part 2: Opening Section
- Reintroduce the core message or hook from the LinkedIn post
- Add brief personal context if it strengthens the angle
- Set expectations for what the email will cover
- Keep it tight — 2–4 short paragraphs max
Part 3: Main Content (Body)
Expand the LinkedIn post using clear subheads and short paragraphs.
Formatting rules:
- 80% of paragraphs should be one sentence
- Include at least 1–2 bullet lists
- Use subheads to break up sections
- No emojis
- Bold or italics only when truly necessary — don't over-format
Ways to go deeper (only use if the user provides context or it's clearly implied):
- Mini case study
- Real example or before/after
- Step-by-step breakdown
- Short pro tip
- Stat or result from personal experience
- Note where an image or diagram could go (don't insert — just suggest)
IMPORTANT: Do NOT fabricate examples, stats, or stories. If you need more info to flesh out a section, add a note like:
[Note: I'd love to add a mini case study here — do you have a client example I can use?]
Part 4: Soft CTA or Closing Thought (optional)
- Wrap up with a next step, reflection, or invitation to reply
- Keep it low-pressure — this is not the hard sell
- Options: invite a reply, ask a question, point to a resource
Examples:
- "If you want to try this with your own list, reply and let me know — I'll share what's worked for me."
- "That's it for this week. Try one of these this weekend and let me know how it goes."
Part 5: PS Section (optional)
- Soft CTA, tease of next week's issue, or a reminder of something useful
- Can handle a common objection, surface social proof, or point to a paid offer
- Keep it to 1–2 lines max

- "PS — Next week I'm sharing the exact email sequence we use to convert new subscribers into buyers. Stay tuned."
