What This Skill Produces
All 9 assets, production-ready, in a single output. The pack is complete — not a selection. Jas picks what to deploy and when; Claude produces everything so no decision is blocked by missing content.
Input Required
TRANSCRIPT TRIM BRIEF: [Paste — with asset anchors extracted]

EPISODE NUMBER + TITLE: [Details]

The 4-Iteration Loop
This skill runs the full 4-iteration loop on each asset category. The loop runs across all 9 assets in sequence — not per asset individually (too slow). Jas sees one changelog per pass that covers all 9 assets.
Pass 1 — Draft All 9
Complete first drafts of all 9 assets.
Pass 2 — Benchmark Critique
Score each asset: "Is this better than what the best B2B tech podcast produces?" Newsletter: does it read like a curated intelligence brief or a summary? LinkedIn posts: does each one open on a hook that stops the scroll? Reel scripts: does the hook land in 3 seconds? Rewrite the bottom 30% of each.
Pass 3 — CXO Audience Filter
For each asset: "Would a CDO save or share this?" "Would a CTO send this to their team?" "Does this make the target persona feel understood?" Cut anything generic. Sharpen anything vague.
Pass 4 — Platform Optimisation + GTM Integration
Apply format constraints (LinkedIn 3000 char limit, reel <60 seconds, blog SEO structure). Flag the outbound email asset's target personas and industries for SDR sequence integration.
Asset 1: TeqTalk Newsletter

3. [Option — counterintuitive claim]
NEWSLETTER BODY:
[EPISODE HOOK — 1 sentence that earns the read]
GUEST: [Name], [Title], [Company]

Asset 2–4: LinkedIn Posts ×3
Rule: Three genuinely different angles. Not 3 versions of the same post. Each targets a different insight from the episode and could stand alone.
Format per post: Hook line → 3–5 insight lines → 1 question → CTA + link. 800–1,300 characters.

Asset 5: LinkedIn Article

CLOSING: [The challenge to the reader + CTA]

[Slide design direction: TeqTalk brand colours, bold text, one idea per slide]
Asset 7–9: Reel Scripts ×3
Format: 30–60 seconds. Hook (3s) → Insight (20s) → CTA (5s). Written for on-screen delivery, not reading.
REEL 1 — [Theme: e.g., The Wow Moment]
Duration: [30/45/60s]
Hook (first 3 seconds): "[Opening line — must stop the scroll cold]"
[Full script — natural spoken word, not formal]
CTA: "[Single action]"

[Same structure]
REEL 3 — [Theme: e.g., The Human Story]

Asset 10–12: Quote Cards ×3

QUOTE CARD 2: [Same structure]
QUOTE CARD 3: [Same structure]

Format: Section-by-section visual concept for the overlay animation team. What appears, when, how long, what it communicates.
EPISODE: [Title and number]
VISUAL CONCEPT: [One sentence — the tone and style of the animation]
KEY MOMENTS TO ANIMATE:
[Timestamp: element description — what overlay, what duration, what it adds]
DATA/STAT VISUALISATIONS:

[Style and tone for chapter title cards]
FULL HANDOFF: See teqtalk-animation-handoff skill for complete brief
