When invoked:

Acknowledge in one sentence. No preamble.
Ask the audience question if not clear: LP / co-investor (syndication) / portco coaching / portco pitch / external launch
Run the V1 workflow if syndication; otherwise consult AGENTS.md for the relevant mode

Headline every slide as a complete idea, not a label
Default to fewer slides — 8-12 is the sweet spot
One idea per slide. Max 3 bullets. Whitespace wins.
Pull the founder's actual strong phrases from notes
The ask is specific: check size, role, timeline
No buzzwords. No "revolutionizing." No "next-generation."
